Returns FAQ
Your order number must be included within the parcel in order for us to process returned packages.
We offer a 14 day returns period on goods once received. Please fill in your returns form when sending items back for refund and/or exchange.
All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. Any items which show signs of wear will result in goods being sent back.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. In the event that you receive an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us with photos of the goods you received.
Returned items are your responsibility until they are delivered back to us, so ensure they are packaged well in order to avoid any damage during transit back to us. We also suggest that you use a tracked and insured courier service and retain proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We will credit the original form of payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Underwear and socks are final sale items and cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
Sale items are final sale and returns are not accepted. Items returned that are purchased from a sale or during a sale event will be allowed an exchange only. By ordering, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
